A place to play
Open play space, low storage, books and a cosy reading corner, with the final equipment selected for children from birth to 12 years.
Our setting
A cosy den.
Thoughtfully planned.
The design is taking shape in an existing workshop in Angus: natural textures, a welcoming entrance and practical spaces for everyday care.

Everyday care,
considered.
Practical care spaces
A bathroom and handwashing facilities, plus a kitchen separated from the play area. Sleep and changing arrangements remain part of the detailed planning.
A connection outdoors
The site offers outdoor possibilities. The final play area, boundaries and routes will need to be designed and assessed before opening.
What is confirmed—and what comes next?
The existing workshop is approximately 6 × 6 metres internally. Finished dimensions, facilities and childcare capacity are subject to conversion planning, assessment and registration. The images show the vision, rather than existing finished facilities.
